300 and 400Series
Fits in to any GWS type speed 400 gear box. Allows easy of use with a stick
mount. Or can mount on most direct drive speed 400 mounts. Aside form the
awesome performance of this line of motors. They are extremely user friendly.
The 300, 400, most 450's, and 500 series shaft can be
moved from pusher to puller. Simply loosen a screw and
the shaft slides out. Flip it over (move the C-Clip),
tighten it back up and you have a pusher motor. So you can swap from
pusher jet or wing to your favorite puller application. The 300
& 400 series motors are a perfect fit to a GWS 400 gear box.
Shafts are even 2.3mm so the pinion is a perfect fit (lock
tight may be needed). Can also
use the popular prop adapters and prop savers. Any 3.0mm shaft
can be used as a replacement shaft.
We also stock shafts (2.3mm
and 3.0mm) and gear
boxes. Did we mention weight savings? For example the 400 series outrunners
mounted in a gear box are still a full ounce lighter then a 400 motor in a gear
box. Going direct drive over a geared 400 brushed motor you will save 2oz.
All of our motors
are made with high temp and high RPM bearings, and high temp magnets good beyond
180 degrees. Also the first I have seen in the industry the stator is now double
bonded to the housing. Keeps the stator from moving when crashed during high amp
draw situations

This is an excellent
motor for planes up to 16oz. Hovering planes up to 10oz. A great park flyer
motor operated best on 2-3 cell lipos, 8-18 amp speed controller, and 9x3.8 to
11x3.8 props. Great 3D performance on the flat foamy type planes, great
replacement for GWS type birds. Low amp draw and great power leads to a very
cost effective set up. It will have you asking how can this 1.5oz. motor pull
like that? Shaft is easily reversible and replaceable if need. No press fittings
or heating up the bell to swap a shaft.

This is an excellent
direct drive motor. We fly it direct drive with an APC 8x6 or 7x4 in most
of GWS planes. Excellent in the Formosa, and probably the best replacement for
the GWS war birds that I have seen. Custom park jets and many other custom
depron and foamy planes. This motor is comparable to the Mega 16/15/7,
Aurora 400T, Esskay 400T, and the Motor Max 400T. It is put
together a little different, just a little lighter,
user friendly, and more efficient. Great for high thrust

suggestions to follow. So far 3-4 cell with 12" props, this motor will find a
home in the more aggressive 3D machines. We have about 10 or so flights on this
motor in a Katana MD on 3-cell 2000's and 2200's with APC 12x6 E prop. It
performs better then expected with plenty of power for this bird. Factory
suggests 4-cell with a 12x6 prop pulls 400 watts.

Fresh and new
motor. Still in testing. Check back soon. So far on 3-cell 2200mah 18C pack with
a APC 13x6.5 E prop we are peaking at 412watts. Very nice general flight to 4
pounds, 3D to 46oz. a tad more at lower elevation. With the 13x6.5 prop we do
not feel as if we are peaking the motor at all. After two flights the motor is
still cool. We plan on running up to 13x10 and maybe some low pitch 14" props.

The Official Factory Propaganda:3520
is a 710 KV Brushless Outrunner with a current capacity
of 50 amps @ 60 seconds. A maximum efficiency of 82%, a no load current @ 10vdc
of 2.1 amps and an internal resistance of 50 Mohms. This outrunner has a 5mm
shaft and is designed to run on 8-15 NiCad/NiMH cells or 3-5 LiPo cells. A 13x4
prop on 3 cells or a 12x6 on 4 cells is great for aerobatic flying.
Personal/Tech Notes:
Flying the 3520 on 4-cells in the E-Flight Eratix 25E Vertical is unlimited.
With a 13x8 APC E at 14.7V I am pulling 37.4A Or 550 Watts with a pitch speed of
60MPH. On a 13x6.5 at 14.9V I am pulling 35 Amps. That comes to 522 Watts and a
pitch speed of 50 MPH. Both are too fast for this bird so flight takes place
around 1/2 throttle. It's a fun powered motor for the planes in the 3-4
pound class. I am eyeing a 15" prop on 3-4 cells. Should be a sweet spot....

This motor is a thrust machine
intended for speed 400 gear drives. Drawing 12-15 Amps. It can also run as
direct drive (with small props) taking advantage of the 2150Kv speed. Runs on
2-3 cell lipo packs. On a 3 cell it will turn a 6 x 3 prop at 20,000 rpm. Has me
thinking wing or fast jet. Capable of 30 Oz. of torque with the
correct gear box and prop combo. Great motor for planes up to 2 pounds. Wings
and jets are fast direct drive with 5" or 6" Prop. The new rage seems to be
